Dr Vivanco graduated from University of Chile in 1995. She started immediately working in private practice. In 2004 she started a Surgical internship/diplomate at the Teaching hospitals of University of Chile, reaching her Diplomate in Surgery in 2006.  In 2019 she received her Boarded certification ABVP (Canine and Feline Practice) in the United States where she has practiced since 2009. Following her passion for surgery, she received multiple hours of training in different surgical skills  and techniques and lectures and trains around the world. She currently serves as a referral surgeon for clinics across the Portland metro region and beyond. She has been with Barclay Hills since 2019 and recently stepped into the role of Managing DVM for Barclay Hills Animal Clinic.

Dr Vivanco enjoys spending her free time with her family, traveling and cooking and is excited to welcome her first grandson this year.
